Service timelines and deliverables vary based on the plan selected (Economy, Standard, or Express). Please note that timelines may be extended in cases involving complex documentation or special requirements.

2. Payments

• Full payment must be made before the service begins.
• All services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
• In case of duplicate or incorrect payments, clients must notify us within 48 hours for resolution.

3. Turnaround Time

Processing times are estimated based on selected plans. Delays may occur due to missing information, document issues, or external factors beyond our control.

4. Document Submission

Clients are responsible for submitting valid, accurate, and complete documents. Submission of forged or misleading documents may lead to immediate termination of services without refund and potential reporting to legal authorities.

Requests for revisions must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the draft. Beyond this window, any changes may be considered a new service request and may incur additional fees.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using our services, you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Phoenix, Arizona, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
